In April 2019, Oldcastle APG, parent company to Belgard, announced the acquisition of Eagle Bay.
We are excited to share that in 2021, Eagle Bay will fully transition to Belgard, giving Virginia residents access to national, industry-leading products with the same exceptional, local customer service they have trusted for years.
With this transition, homeowners and contractors in the Mid-Atlantic region gain access to Belgard’s national infrastructure of more than 150 operating locations, global R&D and design teams, contractor programs and training, and lifetime transferrable limited warranty, guaranteeing every outdoor space with Belgard products will retain its beauty and strength for years to come.
Once the transition is final, Eagle Bay’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Richmond will operate as a Belgard facility, producing Belgard products.
This transition will give pros and homeowners more choices for their projects—from outdoor living to commercial applications.
